TR40 Adventure Saddle Bags

The TR40 adventure saddle bags, designed in Barcelona, are the ideal choice for demanding travellers and off-road riders. Each bag offers a 32-litre capacity and supports a maximum load of 10 kg, while remaining lightweight and compact for maximum riding comfort.

The current X0TR402 version introduces four key improvements that enhance functionality, safety, and overall user experience:

• Printed front reflectors improve visibility in low-light or nighttime conditions.
• Support feet on the base provide stability when placing the bags on the ground.
• A light-coloured inner bag with a maximum fill line improves access, organisation, and load control.
• The external waterproof pouch now features UV resistance of 1,500 hours, making it ideal for long journeys under the sun.

The patented Double Locking System allows the saddle bags to be locked to the 4P or 3P System fitting, while also preventing access to the inside – all operated with a single key. The premium SHAD lock cylinder is protected by a dust cover to ensure long-lasting performance.

The TR40 is made from high-abrasion resistant materials, compliant with REACH and OEKO-TEX Standard 100, and resistant to 1,500 hours of UV exposure. It features reinforced stitches and base, and the roll-top closure on both the outer and inner bags ensures complete waterproofness. Each external bag also includes a drainage hole.

Additional practical features include:

• 8 reinforced MOLLE grip points (per bag) for attaching additional accessories
• 6 DURAFLEX cambuckles to adapt the bag to the load size and increase riding stability
• Strap end closures to prevent flapping and fraying
• Reflective details for enhanced visibility
